一、大赛宗旨

“和鸣寰宇杯”国际音乐大赛（澳大利亚）由澳中音乐家联合会主办，是一项旨在促进国际音乐文化交流、提升音乐艺术水平的赛事。本届大赛根植于悠久的音乐传统，致力于搭建一个跨文化的音乐对话平台，不仅展示参赛者的个人才华，更着力于推动中西音乐文化的深度融合与世代传承。大赛以“经典与创新并重，东方与西方共鸣”为核心理念，特别强调中国民族音乐的国际化表达与西洋古典音乐的当代诠释。我们相信，音乐是跨越国界的语言，也是承载民族文化的灵魂。因此，大赛不仅是一场技艺的竞技，更是一次文化的溯源与创新之旅，鼓励青年音乐家们在深刻理解本民族音乐精髓的基础上，以开放的心态汲取世界音乐营养，创作并演绎出具有时代精神和国际视野的音乐作品。

I. Overview of the Competition

The "Harmonize the Universe Cup" International Music Competition (Australia) is hosted by the Australia-China Musicians Association. It is an event aimed at promoting international music and cultural exchange and enhancing the level of musical artistry. This edition of the competition is rooted in a long-standing musical tradition and is committed to building a cross-cultural platform for musical dialogue. It not only showcases the individual talents of participants but also focuses on promoting the deep integration and intergenerational inheritance of Chinese and Western musical cultures. With the core concept of "balancing classics and innovation, resonating East and West," the competition particularly emphasizes the international expression of Chinese ethnic music and the contemporary interpretation of Western classical music. We believe that music is a language that transcends borders and the soul that carries national culture. Therefore, the competition is not just a contest of skills but also a journey of cultural tracing and innovation, encouraging young musicians to deeply understand the essence of their national music while absorbing global musical nourishment with an open mind, creating and performing musical works with a spirit of the times and an international perspective.

This competition is honored to invite outstanding musicians, educators, and scholars from China and Australia to form an authoritative judging panel, ensuring the professionalism, fairness, and academic excellence of the event. 三、比赛流程与时间安排

1.初赛（线上视频评审）

报名与视频提交期：2026年1月12日-3月31日

评审与晋级公布：2026年4月10日前，公布决赛入围名单并启动签证协助服务。

初赛报名费：人民币680元/人（含评审等费用）

重奏、合奏初赛报名费：人民币380元/人

2.决赛（澳大利亚现场比赛）

比赛时间：2026年8月（具体日期以官方通知为准）

比赛地点：澳大利亚悉尼

3.费用说明：决赛阶段无需缴纳报名费：共人民币31,800元（包含：机票、签证、比赛资料、纪念品、比赛视频及照片、吃住、景点门票、大巴车、导游、小费、保险）。决赛境外参赛选手报名微信咨询：和鸣寰宇杯组委会何老师。

III. Competition Process and Schedule

1. Preliminary Round (Online Video Review)

Registration and Video Submission Period: January 12, 2026 - March 31, 2026

Review and Advancement Announcement: By April 10, 2026, announce the finalists list and initiate visa assistance services.

Preliminary Registration Fee: RMB 680/person (including review and other fees)

Ensemble and Group Preliminary Registration Fee: RMB 380/person

2. Finals (On-Site Competition in Australia)

Competition Time: August 2026 (specific dates subject to official notification)

Competition Location: Sydney, Australia

3.Fee Explanation: No registration fee for the finals stage: total 31,800RMB (including: airfare, visa, competition materials, souvenirs, competition videos and photos, meals and accommodation, attraction tickets, coach bus, tour guide, gratuities, insurance).

四、比赛项目与分组

（一）器乐大赛

一、项目分类

中国民族乐器：弹拨乐（古琴、古筝、琵琶、扬琴、阮）、拉弦乐（二胡、高胡等）、吹管乐（竹笛、箫、唢呐、笙、埙、陶笛）、打击乐。

注：民族打击乐（如排鼓、板鼓）。鼓励更多少数民族乐器（如马头琴、葫芦丝、巴乌、热瓦普、四胡等）参赛。

二、参赛组别（以2026年12月31日时的年龄为准）

（1）非职业组

儿童A组：6-8岁

儿童B组：9-11岁

少年A组：12-14岁（初中）

少年B组：15-17岁（高中）

青年组：18-25岁成人组：26岁及以上

（2）职业组（适用于音乐艺术院校在校师生及职业演奏者）

少年组：12-17岁

青年职业组：18-35岁成人职业组：36岁及以上

（3）合奏组（不限年龄，以团队平均年龄或主要成员年龄界定）

室内乐组（2-10人）

乐团组（11人及以上）

IV. Competition Categories and Groups

(A) Instrumental Competition

I. Category Classification

Chinese Ethnic Instruments: Plucked Instruments (guqin,Guzheng, Pipa, Yangqin, Ruan), Bowed Strings (Erhu, Gaohu, etc.), Winds (Bamboo Flute, Xiao,Suona, Sheng,Xun,Ocarina), Percussion.

Note: Ethnic percussion (such as Paigu, Banggu) and Western. Encouragement for more minority ethnic instruments (such as Matouqin, Hulusi, Bawu, Rewap, Sihu, etc.) to participate.II. Participant Groups (Based on Age as of December 31, 2026)

(1) Non-Professional Group

Children's Group A: 6-8 years old

Children's Group B: 9-11 years old

Youth Group A: 12-14 years old (Junior High)

Youth Group B: 15-17 years old (Senior High)

Young Adult Group: 18-25 years old

Adult Group: 26 years old and above

(2) Professional Group (Applicable to students and faculty of music arts institutions and professional performers)

Youth Group: 12-17 years old

Young Professional Group: 18-35 years old

Adult Professional Group: 36 years old and above

(3) Ensemble and Group (No age limit, defined by average team age or main members' age)

Chamber Music Group (2-10 people)

五、器乐比赛曲目与录制要求

（一）曲目要求

初赛：自选乐曲一首，风格不限，能充分展现个人技巧与音乐表现力。器乐大赛曲目时长不超过5分钟，作曲比赛作品按上述要求。

决赛：曲目可与初赛相同或不同，时长不超过8分钟。具体细则另行通知。

（二）视频录制要求（初赛）

一镜到底：视频必须一次性连续录制，声画同步，不得进行任何后期剪辑、音效处理或画面美化。

画面与音质：横屏拍摄，确保演奏者全身或上半身、手部、乐器及脸部清晰可见。音质清晰，无杂音。

环境与着装：背景简洁，光线充足。着装整洁大方。

文件格式：MP4格式，文件大小不超过500MB。

V. Instrumental Competition Repertoire and Recording Requirements

(A) Repertoire Requirements

Preliminary Round: One self-selected piece, style unrestricted, that fully demonstrates personal technique and musical expression. Instrumental competition pieces should not exceed 5 minutes; composition competition works follow the above requirements.

Finals: Repertoire may be the same as or different from the preliminary round, not exceeding 8 minutes. Specific details will be notified separately.

(B) Video Recording Requirements (Preliminary Round)

One-Take Recording: The video must be recorded continuously in one take, with synchronized audio and video, without any post-editing, audio effects processing, or image enhancement.

Frame and Audio Quality: Horizontal shooting, ensuring the performer's full body or upper body, hands, instrument, and face are clearly visible. Clear audio quality, no noise.

Environment and Attire: Simple background, sufficient lighting. Neat and appropriate attire.

File Format: MP4 format, file size not exceeding 500MB.

六、评审与奖项

评委构成：

中澳两国音乐学院教授、指挥家、作曲家、知名演奏家、乐团首席（名单赛前公示）

评分标准：

器乐组：技术（40%）、音乐性（30%）、风格诠释（20%）、舞台形象（10%）

奖项设置：

器乐组：各组别设金奖（15%）、银奖（25%）、铜奖（30%），其余为优秀奖

VI. Judging and Awards

Judge Composition:

Professors from music conservatories in China and Australia, Conductor, composer, renowned performer，orchestra principals (list to be announced before the competition)

Scoring Criteria:

Instrumental Group: Technique (40%), Musicality (30%), Style Interpretation (20%), Stage Presence (10%)

Award Settings:

Instrumental Group: Gold Award (15%), Silver Award (25%), Bronze Award (30%) in each group, with the rest as Excellence Awards

特别奖项：最佳风格演绎奖、最具潜力奖等。

教师荣誉：获得金奖、一等奖选手的指导教师将获颁“优秀指导教师”证书。指导3名以上金奖选手，颁发“国际音乐教育卓越贡献奖”

机构荣誉：选送多名选手并获得优异成绩的单位将获颁“优秀组织单位”奖牌。

VII. Award Categories

Each category and group will have:

First Prize (Gold Award): Certificate, Medal

Second Prize (Silver Award): Certificate, Medal

Third Prize (Bronze Award): Certificate, Medal

Excellence Award: Certificate

Special Awards: Best Style Interpretation Award, Most Potential Award, etc.

Teacher Honors: Instructors of Gold Award or First Prize winners will receive an "Outstanding Instructor" certificate. Instructors with 3 or more Gold Award students will receive the "International Music Education Excellence Contribution Award."

Institutional Honors: Organizations that send multiple participants and achieve outstanding results will receive an "Outstanding Organizing Unit" plaque.

八、大赛特色活动

（一）名家名曲音乐会：

决赛期间举办名家名曲音乐会，邀请中澳名家现场演奏。

（二）颁奖音乐会：

获奖选手可在颁奖音乐会上演出并与中澳名家交流。评审专家颁发奖项表彰卓越表现，获奖者展示获奖作品。

（三）文化研学：

大赛结合比赛与研学，将文化研学作为特色活动之一，鼓励参赛者在比赛期间了解澳大利亚人文环境，体验当地文化，拓宽视野，增进中澳文化理解，成为赛事融合音乐竞技与文化交流的重要环节。

VIII. Featured Activities of the Competition

(A) Master Musicians Concert:

During the finals, a master musicians concert will be held, inviting renowned artists from China and Australia to perform live.

(B) Awards Concert:

Award-winning participants can perform at the awards concert and exchange with renowned artists from China and Australia. Judging experts will present awards to commend outstanding performances, and winners will showcase their award-winning works.

(C) Cultural Study Tour:

The competition combines competition and study tour, making cultural study a featured activity. It encourages participants to learn about Australia's humanistic environment during the competition period, experience local culture, broaden their horizons, and enhance Sino-Australian cultural understanding, becoming an important link in integrating musical competition with cultural exchange.

十、注意事项

X. Notes

(A) Participants must ensure that all submitted materials are authentic and legal, and strictly comply with the competition rules.

(B) The organizing committee owns the copyright and usage rights of all video and audio materials during the competition.

(C) The Organizing Committee reserves the right of final interpretation of these rules and regulations.The organizing committee has the right to adjust the event arrangements due to force majeure factors.
